Rolaine Home’s president, Ron Gousman, is the builder. One of the best reasons to build with us is that; you deal directly with the builder. You will work with Ron from the selection of your site, your house plans, and all aspects during the construction phase. Most importantly Ron will handle any concerns you may have during construction and also after you move in. Ron is always available. 

Our subcontractors are carefully selected from the best craftsmen in Rochester. Many have been with us from the beginning. We offer our own lots or we can also build on any site of your choosing.
